Interesting estate find! This was Benjamin Graham's last year at Columbia. He and Dodd wrote THE classic book on investing, "Security Analysis". Graham was also the author of "Intelligent Investor". Their most famous student was Warren Buffett, that graduated in 1951. Buffett started his career working for Graham.
Some staining at the top of pages, not too bad. Check out the breakout of students by type of cigarette smoked. How times have changed!!
Great to see a school embrace a professor with just a BS degree for their graduate school.
