This is an extremely rare red vintage 3-speed road/ touring bicycle. Every item except the tires is original!
This vintage bicycle is in like new condition and everything works properly. It has new 65 psi 26 x 1 3/8 inch blackwall tires. Included reflectors keep you visible and safe at night. Steel pinstriped fenders and rear rack are functional and look stunning. The red theme has a firefighter look to it.
The ride is comfortable, silky smooth, and quiet. The bike has been meticulously refurbished and detailed. The headset, bottom bracket, and wheels have all had their bearings serviced and packed with new grease by a professional bicycle mechanic who knows and loves these fine machines. Original steel wheels are polished, spin freely, and are perfectly true. The chain is clean and lubricated. The bike is equipped with an old-school Sturmey Archer 3-speed hub and front and rear side-pull caliper brakes.
The bike has frame braze-ons and threaded screw holes for racks and panniers.

The front wheel, front fender, seat, and pedals will be removed from the bike but located in the box. The handlebars will be either removed or rotated at the headset to fit in the box. The shifter and brake cables will remain intact. Tires will be slightly deflated to absorb shipping activity. Reassembly is simple with common tools.
