I think it is a 1969 Schwinn Continental vintage touring bicycle was in storage for decades.
Some parts have deteriorated with age as would be expected including but not limited to:
tires, brake line, shifter lines, chain, rims.
The frame has surface rust and should be repainted.
All original and complete.
