1987 Mongoose Decade Vintage Retro Freestyle BMX Bike Skyway Dia-Compe Spin Tech
I am the original owner of this mongoose decade bought around 1987. Has the original Skyway Mags made in USA, and the original Sakae Spin Tek gyro. Frame is 4130 chromoly made in Taiwan. Great shape for its age aside from a little surface rust in the usual areas, I didn't ride it much , most marks are from storage / age
. It is currently missing a rear brake caliper as shown in the picture. The pedals, chainring, tires and grips are not original but work well. Functions nicely and tires/tubes hold air very well. Needs a little TLC but will fix up nicely.
Bike will be partially disassembled (bars, Wheels, pegs) so make sure you have the ability to set up a bike or have a bike shop assemble it. The bike will be shipped by either FedEx Ground or UPS at cost calculated by eBay. Make sure to select the shipping service you want. USA Lower 48 shipping only. I will try to fit this into a smaller box and discount shipping, however I can make no promises. Please read all descriptions, look at all pictures and ask all questions before bidding.
