Here’s a chance to own a super unique awesome vintage steel road bike from Land Shark. I acquired the bike from the original owners son, who had been storing it for many years. What makes this cool is the original build sheet from John Slawta (owner/builder at Land Shark) and receipt with parts build from the bike shop. The only thing not original is the pedals and saddle. Paint is still very smooth and shiny, the dark green is metallic and shines in the sun. The biggest blemishes (and they are very small) is above the down tube shifter which is caused when the handlebars are fully turned and the front brake hits the down tube, and on the left side of the fork. Both could be touched up very easily with some nail polish or some other paint. Wheels spin smooth and true and all gears work. Shimano 600 parts are very high end for the time, just below Dura Ace. Hubs, derailleurs, crankset, shifters, brakes, brake levers, and headset are all Shimano 600. Handlebars and stem are Cinelli. Pedals are Shimano and saddle is from Specialized. Mavic wheelset and Specialized 26c gumwall tires with plenty of life left. I’m honestly not sure if there was ever decals on the rest of the frame, but the only thing specified on the build sheet was the shark on the top tube. Super cool bike with super cool history. Please let me know if you have any questions, I’ll get back as soon as possible. Bike will be shipped via BikeFlights and buyer pays shipping of $250 and will be shipped in a bike box
