One of the finest built steel frames I've ever come across. I TRULY WISH IT FIT ME! Im a 57.
Built by Tom Kellogg before he started Spectrum. Columbus tubing and Beautiful lug work all around, particularly the head tube joints. Sadly, the paint is significantly scratched. It appears to have been locked up and scratched by the lock/rack. The paint is also coming off of the chrome fork. The stem turns in the fork but doesn't want to come out. I haven't put much effort into trying though.
Campagnolo Super Record throughout except the front wheel and brake levers. The seatpost is also Campy. The front wheel is a basic replacement wheel and the levers Dia Comp "safety" levers. It has Cinelli bars and stem but the bars are bent on the left drops. The Bottom bracket is Campy but has some pitting.
