These decals have the same design and technique of color printed over clear areas which is essential to make these truely correct. They also enjoy the benefit of having a white primer layer beneath the top color which guarantees that the color of your frame won't show through and affect the color of the decals. They may be clearcoated (quite safely by the way) but this is not essential as they are guaranteed color fast for 7 years.
Please note - these are remanufactured decals and are the preferred choice of many master frame refinishers worldwide due to their quality, the fact that they are new and will not shatter or fail during application .
