New Old Stock Very shiny ribbed Alloy fender set.  These are genuine vintage fenders akin to someo fthe ncer stuff being made today 56mm wide outside for 700c/27" Wheels  THESE ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND I AM SORRY I DO NOT KOW WHAT TIRES THEY WILL FIT AS THEY ARE MANY DECADES OLD, OLDER THAN MODERN TIRES. THEY ARE GETTING PACKED AWAY SAFELY AT LISTING SO AS NOT TO LAY AROUND AND GET DAMAGED, SO I CANNOT ANSWER ANY MORE MEASUREMENT QUESTIONS.  Comes with stays and bolts to secure to the fenders only.  You will need to provide hardware attachments to the dropouts, an attachment for the rear fender to the bridge, and a front bracket to the fork crown attachment. With these , I would suggest a bracket that you would drill and rivet or screw in, This is not included, I have had these for more than a decade to us on something but our collection has grown to a level where we must move a lot of unique stuff on .
