Antique 1868 Small Unusual ”hercules” Adjustable Bicycle

It was Patented February 27, 1868.
The wrench is adjustable,  and works.
It has CHICAGO Engraved on one side
And   a diamond with 27. On one end and I believe something else above it,  and I believe 63 on the bottom of the other side.

I took pictures with it open and closed so you can see it really works.  I just used it for a decoration.
It's not hard to adjust it.
