Antique Billings & Spencer Pierce Arrow B Adjustable Bicycle

Here is a very cool all steel adjustable wrench made by Billings & Spencer in Hartford, CT, during the golden era of American manufacturing. This small sized wrench was made for Pierce Arrow for a bicycle or car tool kit. "As found" condition - typical used dry toolbox condition. The jaws do not close completely. Still good for use, collection, or polishing/restoration. Note the built in measuring marks on the stem! They just don't build them like this today! Please take a look at our other listings.
