Medium 17.5" center of Bottom Bracket to center of seat/top tubes. About 18.3" center to top of seat tube. Top tube 22.5 ctc
Rim braking surface sanded smooth. Older chain cleaned and Tri-Flow lubed. Rims appear true no brake rubbing etc but definitely not perfect. Other than that everything looks to be original and will need adjustment and work as can be expected on an older bicycle. For example I used friction shifting so SIS indexing on the rear shifter may need adjustment. Pedals not included but I have some platform pedals if you need let me know and I will include free of charge.
