This book is rare!  So rare, eBay has never had a listing for it.  I could find only one other listing of it being sold with a Bing search and I borrowed this description from that search: CYCLING C.O.N.I. Manual F.I.A.C. Rome, Italy The C.O.N.I. Manual is the original cycling bible published by F.I.A.C. the Federation Internationale Amateur De Cyclismo of Italy, and the Italian Central Sports School in Rome, 1971. It is well written and illustrated. The dimensions are 8 1/2 x 11 3/4 inches. This is a 271-page book full of scientific and technical information about bicycle building, fitting the bike to the rider and riding techniques. A complete breakdown and description of all the mechanical parts of the bicycle are included. Many charts and tables. A fabulous technical resource. Condition is good. Pages are clean and unmarked but show ware from use. Some page corners have bent creases. I bought this book in 1972 and it formed the basis of my bicycle racing training regiment for all of the 70s.  It is used!  The cover has come lose from the 271 pages but the pages are all still bound together.  All pages are in good shape. This is an as is sale, no returns or refunds.
