Delta Prewar & War Winner Bicycle

This is the Pre War & War Time Delta Winner with smooth top used from 1938 to 1945. In 1946 they started embossing Winner on the top of the light. Mounts on front fender with new screws and gasket. Lens is intact. Untested but comes with new bulb. Look at Photos. Very restorable light.
