These are vintage Diadora cycling shoes from I believe 2005.
I think this was their top shoe and retailed back then for $290.00
Made in Bulgaria.

I wear an 11 Croc's and a 43 Birkenstock and these are just a tad too tight as they are not going to stretch.
Buckles and straps work, the only negative is the left shoe insert is rusted (photos) but this is just cosmetic, I ran a tap through the cleat mounting holes so no issues.
Each shoe weighed in at 370 grams, a pair weight of 740 grams without cleats.
