These brakes came from a 2000 Giant NRS mountain bike and are technically working, but the bike sat in storage for over a decade and they will need to be bled and generally serviced. The front was very weak and the rear was working, but not gripping with 100% strength. Both of them move when the lever is compressed. One of the bleed nipples is clogged with dirt
