WE REQUIRE PICTURES OF DAMAGED GOODS IN ORDER TO ISSUE A RETURN/REFUND.

ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE IN UNOPENED AND IN SALABLE CONDITION TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. IF THE ITEM IS OPENED OR USED THE ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10-20% RESTOCKING FEE.

PERSONAL REASONS FOR RETURN (DISLIKE, UNSUITABLE, ETC .), WILL BE CHARGED 10-15 % OF THE RESTOCKING FEE AND THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE IS BY THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.  ELECTRIC TRIKE MAY BE MORE THAN 15% OF THE RESTOCKING FEE.

ANY PACKAGE THAT IS REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, OR MARKED AS UNCLAIMED, IS SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

TO PREVENT THE RETURN WITHOUT THE PACKAGE BOX, PLEASE MUST KEEP YOUR CARTON/PACKAGE BOX FOR ONE MONTH, AND DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR CARTON CASUALLY.
