No eyelet bushings or eyelet spacers included. This was purchased new as an aftermarket product. Bushings were installed and removed before sale. Small marks can be seen on the outside of one of the eyes. Once your eyelet spacers are installed, these cannot be seen, and there is no mechanical issues. Just esthetic. Unfortunately, this happened with a tool sold from Jenson that is made specially to remove bicycle bushings from shock eyelets. It was $19.99, and I would not recommend this tool version for this reason. There are others that are more expensive, and I would spend more on a different version of tool for the next project.
Shock was installed and riden for approximately 11hrs or just under. 3 trail rides. Decided to go a different direction and was removed after testing. Was not exposed to rainy conditions or muddy trails when testing. Dry, consistent conditions were needed for accurate test results.
Great shock, works exactly as new, zero issues or problems. Perfect working shock. Just wasn't for me and terrain I ride the most.
