Shipping ALL freight shipments require a valid phone number to schedule delivery.  If you do not supply a phone number, your deliver will be delayed and held at the terminal.  Handling and processing times are usually 1-3 business days. Most items ship FedEx Ground service and can take 3-5 business days to deliver. Some items require freight service and can take 5-10 days to deliver depending on location.  Freight service includes Lift Gate service.  This is critical unless you have a loading dock.  All orders require adult signature service and will not be left on the porch without a signature.  This is to protect items from porch theft.  All units come fully insured. Shipping Rates   FREE Shipping on Gas powered and electric ATV's, Motorcycles, scooters, and other power toys.  This includes lift gate services for freight items and insurance for full value of the product.  Adult signature is always required. Warranty These products are a step above the rest. They are high quality and I stand by them. The manufacturer warranty is 30-60 days depending on the item and covers any parts that have failed. Service tickets can be opened at the manufacturer's website if problems arise. I will be glad to assist any way I can. Parts Availability The difference between these power toys and others are build quality and parts availability. There is a full US stock of parts for all units. They can easily be purchased from the manufacturer, and soon you can purchase them from me. Returns In addition to manufacturer limited warranty, I will accept returns within 30 days of purchase date if items arrive defective and is unused.  Once item is used, you fall into the category of manufacturer warranty.  If the item arrives damaged or defective, you must let me know within 10 days of delivery or shipping insurance will not cover it.  You, the buyer will be responsible for the return and will also be responsible for a 15% restocking fee. In some cases I can work with you to discount the item if there are problems. Return fees for smaller items can be $$60 on average. Return fees for larger items requiring freight can be $200 or more.
