Quietkat E-Bikes makes several models that can benefit from a skid / bash plate to protect the motor.  The JEEP, RUBICON and the IBEX all share a similiar design and motor that allows for serious off-road riding.   However, the bottom of the M620 Bafang motor is subject to damage from rocks/gravel, ice, branches, logs or other objects that can be "kicked up" by the front tire.  The effort to prevent damage is best accomplished by installing this skid plate, which is virtually indestructible.  The face of the plate is satin black or simulated carbon fiber (when in stock). It incorporates approximately 20 sq. inches of high density 1/4" thick rubber bonded to the .125 thick aviation grade Kydex.  The rubber is placed at the most likely point of impact.  It also has a rubber bumper on the tail in order to help absorb impact at the rear.  All fasteners are stainless steel and are included with the skid plate. A great investment to help protect a great bike.  Skid plate will ship to you via USPS Priority Mail.
