A part-time magician-juggler bought this but found it is too short for him to to ride (he is about 6ft tall). He knows how to ride the things but I don't! As shown in a couple of photos, distance from floor to seat is about 16"-31". According to instructions I found, your heel should be on down-pedal with seat properly adjusted. This is pristine in every way. Notice the little threads on the tire tread; those are from molding and wear away quickly with use. Tire is 16" Kendra, original. Pedals and crank arms are VERY well marked as left and right, so you will assemble properly with no ruined threads. Seat post is marked at maximum exension; unsafe to use this with it pulled out further. Bicycle-type quick-release clamp holds it in place. The blue handle on the seat is toward front when riding. I include some instructions (copied onto a CD-ROM) for similar models. Partly dis-assembled for shipping; seat & post, pedals need to be attached. Evidently these are used for RACING and TRICKS as well as just fun balance-riding, forward and backward. Child should be outfitted with a properly fitting HELMET when riding this. Elbow and knee guards are a good idea as well. Including owners manual, in several languages, copied onto a CD-ROM.
