- Litespeed Ultimate Disc titanium frame; etched branding; T47 threaded bottom bracket upgrade (eliminates squeaking and more durable compared with pressfit bottom bracket)
- Chris King bottom bracket and headset
- SRAM Red AXS eTap Hydraulic groupset; fresh hydro brake bleed done in May 2023; note - the front brake caliper is SRAM Force HRD and is the only component that is not Red on the bike.
- SRAM red chain
- Reynolds AR41 700c tubeless wheelset with Pirelli Cinturato tubeless tires; fresh sealant installed in May 2023; great for road and gravel
- Ultralight components throughout - Extralite aluminum 100mm Hyperstem; Darimo seatpost (lightest in the world, $350 retail); Ashima brake rotors, KCNC hollow aluminum headset spacers, ultralight seatpost collar
- 10-33 xg1290 SRAM Red cassette and 46/33 front chainrings
- Ceramicspeed derailleur pulley wheel upgrade
