We took the rule book and threw it out! This fixture is completely CAD designed and CNC laser cut from 100% US sourced 1/4 mild steel cold rolled P&O plate. We then tumble debur and shot blast the side plates so they are smooth as silk. High quality Powdercoated gloss black finish for the best possible welding spatter rejection. Then we CNC machine the pivot head from solid T6-6061 billet bar There is a graduated scale on both sides of the fixture (0-50 degrees) as well as indexing marks machined into the pivot block. This fixture will pivot from 0-180 degrees so it can also be used for other operations other than a neck fixture This Fixture will work with 2x3 or 2x4 tubing and will also work with our 2x3 and 2x4 fixture towers that we will be releasing early 2021 Included with your purchase- 2- Steel powdercoated side plates 1- Machined Billet aluminum pivot block 1- 12" long 3/4-10 Zinc plated threaded fixture rod with nut All 1/2" hardware to mount and use your neck fixture Fixture cones are sold separately or can be added in the drop down menu in either 1018 Mild steel or 304 stainless These are also CNC machined from 2.125" solid bar not tube and are 100% dead accurate within +/- .0001 These will work with 1.00"-2.00" head tubes
