Improvements are: HD Welding Beefed up and reinforced welding of all structural members, this fork is now suitable for standard and motorized bike applications. Larger Triple Chrome Plated Springs Larger, triple chrome plated springs, which provide much smoother action. Springs on our previous version were smaller and only zinc plated. These new springs add to the beauty and function of the fork. Springs are made by O'hare Spring Co. All plating and polishing is by Angelus Plating, parts are hand buffed to a show quality mirror finish. Laser Cut Gauge Stainless Steel Bottom Rockers/Disc Brake Adapter The stainless steel disc brake adapter is Made in the USA and will allow the use of a disc brake system using a 160mm rotor. We recommend the Shimano HB-M25A hub . Headset/Bearing Race Now included For use on all 1 inch threaded bicycle frames that will allow for a 7 inch or shorter steering tube length. The steering tube is 7 inches overall which includes 2 inches of threads that can be cut to size for a custom fit, or shimmed.
