NOS 1985 Blue Vintage Cilo Vitus Aluminum Road Bike w/ Shimano 600 EX Group This is a New Old Stock Out of the Box 56cm Blue and Silver Racing 12 Speed Cilo Vitus Road Bike from 1985. Vitus was France's leading manufacturer of high-quality frame tubing and was one of the Early Aluminum Bike Pioneers. This Cilo is made Vitus 979 Dural Aluminum Alloy Tubing and is adorned with a Beautiful Shimano 600 EX Parts Group. The Bike measures 55.5cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube or 57cm Center to Top of the top tube. The top tube is 56.5cm center to center, with a 140mm headtube. In Vitus Sizing this is called a 56cm Frame / Bike. The bike has Perfect Shimano 600 EX Parts: Cranks, Front and Rear Dérailleurs, Headset, Hubs, Bottom Bracket, Brakes, and Levers, Nice Stuff . Bike has Sweet Black Suede Turbo Saddle, 3TTT Stem and Handlebars, and 700c wheels with Mavic GP 4 Rims with Hutchinson SuperSprint Tubular Tires. The Serial # 1067xxx and I have a receipt from December of 1985, the bike could be a year or 2 earlier but I think 1985 is about right. This Bicycle is New Old Stock, It is Straight out of the Box un assembled, the original box has seen it's better day so will be packed in a new box, bike has paper work, you unwrap and assemble a time capsule, Don't Get any Better Than This.
