The RAP-274-1 RAM EZ ON/OFF High Strength Plastic Composite Handlebar Rail Mount consists of the RAM EZ ON/OFF connection system joining a dual strap base to a RAM diamond cradle plate. The mount base will fit all handlebar sizes using the zip-pull straps. With a press on themount you activate the RAM EZ ON/OFF system allowing you to attach/remove the cradle from the base. When connected, the diamond cradle plate can rotate to your optimum viewing position. Please Note
