What you see is what you get. This is a VERY RARE Vintage Schwinn that came off of a Schwinn "Racer". I have been collcting Schwinns and other bikes for over 50 years and this is the first time I have EVER seen a badge with wings but it looks as though it is even more rare with BLUE letters.
