I have been informed by a knowledgeable ebayer that this post is not long enough for an adult rider and is not correct for a run a bout. Can someone confirm this fact so I can revise this listing to be more accurate. Thanks! Very good quality chrome. The OEM original 14 1/2" posts were not stamped Schwinn. 14 1/2" long overall, 13/16" diameter where it fits into the seat tube and 5/8" diameter at the top where it fits into the seat clamp.
