Brand new Skyway 16" 5-spoke wheelset (front and rear included) - the wheel you loved as a kid, but now better (sealed bearings!) COLOR: BLACK SIZE: 16" (305mm ISO bead diameter) - uses 1.75"-2.125" wide tires PLEASE NOTE: Bicycle wheel systems are measured by the OUTER DIAMETER of the TIRE. Therefore a 16" wheel like this takes a 16" tire. The wheel measures about 12" in diameter. HUB SPACING: 100mm FRONT / 110mm REAR TIRE VALVE: SCHRADER DRIVETRAIN: SINGLE SPEED, 16T or larger freewheel (not included) BEARINGS: SEALED CARTRIDGE BEARINGS Axle size: 3/8" front and rear NOTE: Skyway mag wheels do not have a lip for the tire bead to "pull" against. Therefore, installing tires on these wheels is a challenge. You must first mount the tire/tube on the wheel and add just enough air to give the tire form. then position/center the tire on the wheel, inflate a bit more, adjust the tire, etc. until the tire is positioned evenly on the wheel before fully inflating the tire.
