Some might consider the SL6 the last good Tarmac Specialized made. SL7 has had quite a bit of QC issues, and the industry has since moved on to integrating everything, making servicing a nightmare. It's ~200 g heavier than the 10/11r "sworks" tarmacs, but the stiffness is the same and this one is less brittle and lower chance of cracking. It doesn't have the latest hidden cables for maximized aero gains, but it takes 5 minutes to change the bike handlebar position, not 5 hours, like you would with the fully integrated head sets. I got this bike because it’s a great blend between performance, serviceability, versatility and cost. It comes with round seat post, BSA bottom bracket. Tire clearance is officially 30 mm, but I've been able to fit 32 mm gravel king slicks with 17 mm internal width rims with plenty of clearance. Only ridden on smooth pavement on dry days, never raced, crashed, or had a dropped chain. Everything is in excellent condition. Just clearing up some space, since my gravel/cx does 90% of what this bike does, though this one is about 1-1.5 lbs lighter (17.1 lbs as seen in picture) and better looking. Key specs: - Full R8020 Ultegra 2x11 hydraulic groupset - ICAN 55 mm Aero Wheels with Novatec Hubs (1500g set, tubeless compatible) and 25 mm GP5k tires Reasonable offers will be considered with proper explanation. Random low ball offers will be ignored. Any questions just ask.
