RETURN, SHIPPING &
PAYMENT POLICIES:
Return Policy: If an item is broken during shipment, the buyer will need to send me photographs of the broken item so that I can file a claim with the shipping service. After the photographs are received I will reimburse the full amount of the item selling price.>>>>>>>>>> But if the item that broke is part of a set then I will want the unbroken parts returned so I can find replacement parts and then relist for sale. Shipping Policy:  Standard shipping is free in the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska), its territories and possessions (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Wake Atoll/Island), APOs/FPOs/DPOs, and its Freely Associated States (United Nations NY, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Palau).
If you would like to purchase my item from “Buy it Now” and would like to pick the item up at my location in Salem, Oregon e-mail me an inquiry about a reduced price on the item if “shipping is free”.
A reduced price will apply only on “free shipping” listings and not for listings that must be picked up locally due to the item being large and heavy. International Shipping Policy: Be aware that some countries restrict incoming shipments of certain items. International shipping is not free and will incur international shipping charges plus other fees from the Global Shipping Program (GSP) center in Kentucky, USA. The GSP is contracted by Armchairfinds to ship items sold to buyers located outside of the USA (defined above) and their fees are not negotiable. I will ship international orders free of charge to the GSP center in Kentucky, USA. GSP will handle the shipping and exporting of such items from their Kentucky center to your international shipping address...This part of the shipping is NOT free of charge. I have no control over how much is charged by GSP to export items but it may be prohibitively expensive and I urge international buyers to carefully consider the additional GSP expenses before committing to buy or bid on my items. GSP will quote international buyers of additional fees automatically when a buyer located outside of the USA is logged in and looking at my eBay items. GSP will bill and collect the money from the buyer for the services they perform. The money you pay for my item will be credited to my account and the amount you are charged by GSP will be credited to their account, and I have no way of knowing how much they charge for their service and I cannot refund the charges paid to GSP. The amount they charge may be based on the selling price of the item, the country the item was originally made in, the import duty, taxes and charges of the destination country, the shipment from Kentucky, USA to the buyer’s address, and the GSP brokerage fee. Of course, you may find something unique that I have for sale and you cannot find it anywhere else and you are willing to pay the additional GSP expenses to obtain this item. In this case, buy it from me and I will pack the item carefully and sufficiently for international shipping then I will ship it to the GSP center in Kentucky, USA. GSP takes over the responsibility of the item's shipment from Kentucky to the buyer's address. I hope that my international buyers are completely informed of their transaction costs. I have considered limiting my listings to the USA only because I do not know the language and addressing customs of other countries and I want to ensure that all of my items effectively and efficiently reach the buyer. I also realize that it can be difficult to find a specific item for sale in one's own country and I'm thankful that I can purchase items from foreign sellers via eBay and I feel responsible to return this gesture.
