Vintage 1950's Jc Higgins Girls Bicycle

For sale .(parts only).  Vintage J.C. Higgins girls 1950's 24" balloon tire back rack.  There is rust, paint, scrapes and paint loss. Please view all photos for further details, measurements and condition.  The last 3 pictures show the the bike the parts came off from, as it is vary hard for me to find info. on JC Higgins.
