Vintage U.S.A. Personalized Bicycle Tag Description:  Vintage U.S.A. PERSONALIZED BICYCLE TAG .  Presumably from the late 70's or early 80's based on the style of names in this group.  The embossed metal plate measures approximately 4 and 2.25".
