Vintage Answer Manitou 4 front suspension 1" threaded fork Mountain

Vintage Answer Manitou 4 front suspension 1" threaded fork  Removed from a vintage early 90's mountain bike that was running 26" wheels and was a small/medium size frame. Steer tube is 1" threaded and is 135mm in length. The fork does move up and down and feels fine but I have no history on the fork so unsure if or when it has been serviced. Cosmetically it is super clean considering the age. Please view all pics for an accurate representation. Weight is 49.2 ounces.
