Vintage 56cm Basso Graftek Campagnolo Carbon Fiber Road Bike Frame & Fork Vintage BASSO Graftek Campagnolo Carbon Fiber Racing Road Bike Frame & Forks. This is a Sexy Real Nice early Carbon Fiber Bike frame & fork made by Graftek for Basso. Graftek was one of the early pioneers of Carbon Fiber Design and this one shows the influence of Aero dynamic design. This is a Stunning Frame Set and it has marking inside the bottom bracket states S56 = Size 56cm and 3 of 138 as a limited production frame set. The bike had Campagnolo C Record parts, so I suspect the frame set is from the late 1980s or early 1990s. The measurements are: Seat tube 54cm crank center to top tube center or or 56cm Center to Top of top tube. Frame has a 55.5cm center to center top tube with a 130mm tall head tube. Frame and Fork are Carbon fiber with alloy / steel? Dropouts. The 1" threaded Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 130mm Rear Spacing. Serial Number 0044xx. Frame is Used and in Immaculate Shape, Cool metallic silver and black finish that shimmers in the sunlight with minimal blemishes. The paint work has a Rainbow Craft Paint work Niwot Colorado calling card in the paint work and I am unsure if they originally painted it or repainted it. Much of this is a Mystery to me but was drawn to it because it looked so stunning. Comes as shown and what's shown weighs a tad over 5 1/2 pounds. This frame had racing 700c wheels, Not Included but for wheel size reference.
