Old school Hayes brake from an Old Kona Primo. Not tested, looks pretty. Will at very least need a bleed. Maybe a good cleaning, most likely a rebuild. I have not tested the brake, but would recommend a full caliper rebuild, potentially the lever as well. Saying this due to the amount of grease and grime on the caliper prior to cleaning.
