Fits cantilever brakes.  CRMO tubeset.  Mid-fork mounts, rack mounts. Frames are professionally packaged and ship in a new box. No dents or cracks. Some scratches and marks.  Any pictured headset or bottom bracket components are included, have not been inspected, may need service. Approximate Measurements:
