I think this is a model # 36 or possibly a # 38 Course Luxe pedal set with press on large caps. Pedal Spindle 9/16" for use with 3 piece cranks. Lyotard Made in France. This vintage part is OK, chrome steel, has some scratches and shows some wear, may have rust, points may have slight bend, Could be cleaned and detailed to be nicer, spindles spin OK, could use rebuild, decent version pedals, and Serviceable.
