Bunch of blue touch up paint! Bike had several clamped on accessories, cages, pumps and such. Wore down the paint quite a bit on the seat tube, especially. Still a sweet, lovely little bike, however. Always had a soft spot for Windsor frames.

For 27” wheels (can also comfortably run 700c with a long reach brake), nutted rim brakes, English threaded 1” headset and bottom bracket, 25.8mm seat post size, unknown tubing
