Vintage Andre Bertin Reynolds 531 Franeset (53cm) including shimano 600 headset, bottom bracket, and matching water bottle holder. Please don't confuse this with a lesser model Bertin.  Although this same paint scheme was used on more than one model, this is not the lower end model. On the contrary, this is the higher end model with Reynolds 531 frame and fork, Shimano dropouts with adjusters, and window style lugs. Please see the photos.  In very nice condition except for the decals.  The remains of the original decals can easily be scrapped off with just your fingernail.  Factory original decals are available on-line. The seat tube measures 53cm center to center and the top tube measures 54.5cm center to center.  Amazingly nice condition, very few scratches.  No dents, bends, or rust.  Just build it and ride it!  French threaded includes a Shimano bottom bracket (installed) and headset both of which spin smoothly. There is quite a bit of information on-line about Andre Bertin and his bicycles.  This is one special frame that you don't see often.  Don't miss out on this one.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
